MostGate Usage and Data Processing Notice

MostGate is an AI-powered process management platform developed by Most idea Yazılım San ve Tic Ltd Şti. During platform usage, identity data, contact data, transaction logs, IP address, device and hardware information, session movements, active/passive usage times, location data, task and project actions, attendance and break records, document actions, system logs and similar operational data may be processed.

These data may be processed for authentication, authorization, security, process management, task tracking, workforce tracking, attendance and timesheet management, support requests, legal obligations, reporting, auditing, corporate security, business continuity, service quality and dispute resolution purposes.

The user accepts that location, device, IP, MAC address, hardware, activity, transaction history, personal information, task and performance data may be processed in accordance with institutional policies and applicable law. Data is protected under role-based authorization, logging and security policies.

Data may be stored for periods required by legal retention obligations, contractual obligations and processing purposes. The user may submit requests regarding their rights under applicable law to the data controller.

This approval is not shown again for the same agreement version after acceptance. If agreement or data processing terms change, renewed approval may be requested.
